1199C Retirees Seek Pension Hike
1199C Retirees asserting they need an increase in Pension benefits because of the rising cost of living, picketed and staged a sit in at the annual Pension Board meeting on October 14, 2008. (See photo below.) President of the Retiree Division of 1199C NUHHCE, Adele Butler, addressed the Board of Trustees of the Pension Fund, on behalf of 1199C Retirees to request a Pension hike.
