The Shirley Chisholm Award was founded in 1983 to recognize individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and active support for the clients they serve. Each year the award focuses on a different service sector of society. The 2009 award was presented to outstanding women in the healthcare field. Congratulations to all our winners!
