District 1199C Holds Second Annual Scholarship Luncheon.
In January, a luncheon was held to honor the recipients of the Thomas Breslin Scholarship through the 1199C Benefit Fund. At the luncheon each Scholarship recipient received a Certificate of Congratulations.
